Mission Statement
The Ohio Valley Business Travel Association (OVBTA) is proactively dedicated to learning and to the exchange of information and ideas which provide value to business travel professionals and their organizations. 

We would not be able to bring educational programs to our organization without the support of our awesome sponsors.  Our goal is to achieve our mission statement. This is YOUR organization, and we want to provide meeting content that is important to you as a buyer or a supplier. That includes your participation, feedback and since this is a sponsorship drive, your sponsorship. We are a “not for profit” (501 (c) 6) and thanks to our sponsors, we are fiscally stable. 

We will be finalizing all sponsorships no later than February 2, 2026, for our banner printing that is displayed at all meetings and is a great spot for sponsors to take pictures for social media of their teams’ attendance! In addition, we are open to customizing hotel meeting sponsors for our 2026 quarterly meetings. New for 2026 we have included additional sponsorship opportunities listed below. Remember, OVBTA covers 3 states including OHIO, INDIANA, and KENTUCKY, which means a tri-state ROI of your advertising!!

o 2026- Lanyard Sponsorship-$500 (SOLD)

·       Provide a minimum of 300 lanyards to be used for quarterly education meetings
