Membership Dues for 2012:
$85.00 Annual Membership Dues
$225.00 Annual Membership Dues + 3 Meetings Prepaid (this is a $40 discount)
$300.00 Annual Membership Dues + 5 Meetings Prepaid (this is an $85 discount)
$45.00 Pro-rated Annual Membership Dues - Prorated for member applications submitted after June 30, 2012
Meeting Registration Fees for 2012:
$60.00 Member Rate (member of Ohio Valley BTA, GBTA or any other official chapter of GBTA)
$100.00 Guest / Non-Member Rate
$20.00 late fee applies to all registrations made within 4 business days of the event date.
Membership / Meeting Policies:
Member dues must be paid by credit card at the time the member application is submitted.
Meeting registration fees may be paid by credit card, check or cash. Check and cash payments will only be accepted at the registration table the day of the event, please do not mail the check.
Membership is valid for a calendar year beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Membership transfer requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, please submit your transfer request to our Membership Committee at membership@ovbta.org
If a member is unable to attend a meeting, one substitute may attend in the member's place.
